Warranty

The warranty period is 6 months.

The warranty will be voided under the following conditions:

  1. Disassembly of the mining machine and the replacement or modification of its components;
  2. Damage caused by lightning strikes, voltage surges, poor-quality power supplies, or other electrical issues;
  3. Damage to circuit boards and components caused by water, moisture, or corrosion;
  4. Presence of burn marks on the board or damage to the chip;
  5. Overclocking;
  6. Use of unauthorized monitoring tools, such as those intended for private batches from major mining machine manufacturers, which lead to damage or irreparable failure of the machine. In such cases, warranty replacement will not be accepted.
